Job Description

We're Hiring: Education Counselor | Location: Noida

Education Counsellor

Position Overview:

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is
mandatory
Minimum
6 months of experience
in EdTech sales
Candidates with experience in
high-value or high-ticket-size sales
(non-EdTech) are also encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proven track record in achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage a comprehensive guidance program to support students academic and personal development
Build meaningful relationships with students; understand their goals and career aspirations
Assist students in developing academic plans based on their individual strengths and interests
Collaborate with school support staff including nurses and counselors
Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention programs, providing a safe and non-judgmental environment

Salary Package:

Up to 6.5 LPA
