Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Education Counsellor with 3+ years of experience in the education/training sector. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, handle a sales team, and oversee the entire business development process.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and convert new business opportunities

Lead and manage a team of business development executives and counsellors

Set targets, monitor team performance, and provide guidance for improvement

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients

Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation and promotional campaigns

Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management.

Skills Required:

~ Proven experience in team handling and leadership

~ Strong negotiation and closing skills

~ Knowledge of the education/training industry

~ Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools
