Maintain a daily call log and update follow-up details in CRM or Excel. Counsel and convince interested candidates to visit the office or attend seminars/webinars. Coordinate with the admission team and schedule walk-ins and appointments. Maintain a professional and positive tone throughout all interactions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Share a daily report on calls made, interested leads, follow-ups, and walk-ins.
