We're seeking a seasoned professional to own and elevate our Study Abroad department—driving student success, revenue growth, and cross‑functional synergy.
- Conduct in-depth one-on-one UG/PG study abroad counseling sessions for students and parents
- Develop personalized overseas education roadmaps, covering university, program, test prep (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT) guidance
- Utilize psychometric assessments and data-driven insights to enhance student profiles
- Lead SOP editing, essay brainstorming, resume enhancement, and LOR strategies
- Oversee application platforms (Common App, UCAS, university portals), ensuring compliance and timely submission
- Achieve revenue targets, conversion metrics, and enrollment goals
- Analyze CRM-based lead funnel performance, optimize tele-calling, and counselor workflows
- Mentor junior counselors, profile coaches, and admissions coordinators
- Facilitate team training sessions, counseling workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums
- Collaborate with marketing on webinars, digital content, events, and lead-gen campaigns
- Represent JCCCD at education fairs, school outreach, and parent seminars
- Maintain updated knowledge on university deadlines, scholarship opportunities, visa regulations, and country-specific trends (US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia)
- Ensure CRM data integrity, best-practice documentation, and efficient counseling workflows
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Business, Psychology, or related
- 3+ years experience in higher-education consulting or study abroad counseling
- Proven record in lead conversion and target-based performance
- Excellent skills in SOP/essay editing, profile building, and LOR strategy
- Strong business sense: claim negotiation, financial oversight, and performance forecasting
- Proficient with CRMs (e.g., Meritto, Salesforce), Google Workspace, MS Office, and application portals
- Superior communication and stakeholder management (students, parents, university officials)
