About the Role

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC, social, and email campaigns

    .
  • Manage

    Google Ads, Tableau Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

  • Lead

    content marketing

    initiatives (blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages).
  • Develop

    multi-channel demand generation strategies

    to boost leads and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Tableau, and CRM dashboards.

  • Run

    A/B tests, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and retargeting campaigns.

  • Provide actionable insights to maximize

    ROI, CTR, and engagement.

  • SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

  • Improve

    site speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall website performance.

  • Implement

    link-building, schema markup, and local SEO strategies.

  • Collaboration & Brand Growth

  • Work closely with design, content, and UX teams

    to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Manage

    email automation workflows

    via HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  • Strengthen

    brand visibility, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.

  • Stay ahead of

    AI-driven marketing trends, voice search, and influencer marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience

    (agency or B2B preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise in

    Google Ads, Tableau Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and automation platforms.

  • Strong command of CRM tools

    (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Excellent

    analytical, strategic, and project management skills.

  • Experience in branding, lead generation, and customer acquisition campaigns.

  • Proficiency in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok).

  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, Webflow).

Preferred Skills

  • Performance marketing

    and paid media expertise.
  • Knowledge of

    retargeting, remarketing, and display advertising.

  • Skills in video marketing, YouTube SEO, and OTT/digital streaming ads.

  • Understanding of marketing funnels, customer journey mapping, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing).

  • Experience with AI tools, marketing automation, and chatbots.

  • Ability to use data visualization platforms

    (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
