eWay Corp is a leading provider of eCommerce services, growth marketing, content management, and cloud infrastructure solutions to Public Private Sector customers, in the United States. We are also an AWS Select Consulting Partner and offer cloud infrastructure services to our customers.

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Expert / Digital Marketing Specialist in eCommerce industry to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who excels at utilizing Paid Campaigns, Email marketing and Marketplace strategies to drive performance on websites/online stores. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills for US clients and the ability to plan, execute, report and present comprehensive digital marketing strategies for both our company and clients with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Paid Strategy Development:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for internal projects and US clients.
  • Develop audience segmentation, targeting, and omnichannel marketing approaches to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, development) to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Continuously identify new trends, AI tools, and opportunities to refine and improve strategies.

Tag Management Expertise:

  • Implement, configure, and manage tags on websites for in-depth data analysis and reporting.
  • Implement server-side tag manager.
  • Analyze and report traffic trends, user behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Set up custom reports, dashboards, and tracking for better decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analytics to enhance digital paid marketing strategies.

Marketplaces / Google Merchant Center Management:

  • Oversee the setup, optimization, and management of Marketplaces / Google Merchant Center accounts.
  • Ensure product data feeds are optimized for performance and compliant with guidelines.
  • Monitor feed health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product visibility across Google Shopping.

Paid Campaign Management:

  • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta and other platforms for eCommerce clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, bid management, ad copywriting, and A/B testing for optimal performance.
  • Implement effective remarketing strategies and conversion-rate-optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Hands-On Knowledge of Data Analytics Tools Reporting Tools:

  • Utilize data analytics tools for advanced data visualization and reporting (Clarity, Matomo, GA4).
  • Implement advanced tracking setups using Google-Tag-Manager (GTM), SEMrush and other tools for precise measurement and attribution.
  • Leverage data analytics to extract actionable insights and optimize campaigns across digital channels.
  • Use automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner/ Spy Fu / SEMrush).
  • Clear briefings to internal and external stakeholders on messaging, creative and landing pages for capturing leads or goal conversion.
  • Knowledge of A/B, Multivariate, and split testing to increase the ROI of Paid Campaigns and identify relevant and strong suggestions to optimize campaign success.
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Create targeted campaigns, including writing and testing creatives and landing pages.
  • Provide regular reports on performance metrics and market related insights.
  • Analyze, monitor and report on ROI for all paid campaigns.
  • Analyze, monitor and report on competitors paid campaigns including ROAS, keywords being targeted.
  • Manage and monitor spending to ensure it is in line with the assigned budget.
  • Keep up to date with AI tools and technology-related developments.

Requirement

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Paid Advertising and handling US Clients.
  • Excellent reporting skills (daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis) that can help with decision making.
  • Expert-level experience in ABM, Google PPC, remarketing, social media campaigns, display campaigns, Discovery PMax Campaigns.
  • Hands-on email marketing set-up for internal and external projects.
  • Must possess experience in high-quality lead generation within the U.S. market for the eCommerce product and service industry.
  • Expert-level knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Search Console, Google Analytics, Clarity, SEMrush etc.)
  • Expertise in setting up and optimizing Geo Targeting, Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn and email campaigns.

Education

  • Bachelors in relevant field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Certification (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads) will be an added advantage.
