Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Senior Digital Marketing Executive – Ethnic Wear | Meena Bazaar

Location: Head Office – Meena Bazaar

Experience: 3–5 Years

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive (3–5 years’ experience) with a graduate degree, preferably from the retail or fashion sector, to lead digital strategy at Meena Bazaar. You will drive brand visibility, lead-generation, and conversions through performance marketing across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Develop and manage Meena Bazaar’s social media presence—organic & paid—for platforms like Meta, Instagram, and others.
  • Define and track KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPL, ROAS), prepare performance reports, and recommend optimizations for ROI improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign outcomes and funnel efficiency.
  • Work with UX, content, and design teams to craft and refine landing pages and creatives.
  • Monitor the user journey across digital funnels to identify conversion drop-offs and implement enhancements.
  • Liaise with external agencies or vendors to coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the e‑commerce team to plan and align online campaigns.
  • Maintain a digital marketing calendar, forecasting key campaigns and anticipated ROI.
  • Stay current with industry innovations, tools, trends, and platform updates to keep Meena Bazaar’s digital strategy proactive and cutting-edge.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance-based digital marketing within the retail/fashion industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM/Google Ads, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) for campaign tracking and optimization.
  • Expertise in conversion tracking, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is advantageous.
  • Self-starter with strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Keeps up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Preferred industries: retail, ethnic/fashion wear, FMCG.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot are valued.
  • Additional skills: experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, or basic graphic tools may add advantage.
