Senior Digital Marketing Executive

G-TEC Computer Education , Thirumala is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sr. Digital Marketing Executive to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute result-driven performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Drive lead generation through paid and organic channels
• Manage and optimize SEO strategy and implement best practices
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, ROI, and lead performance
• Collaborate with content and design teams for campaign creatives
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
• Communicate effectively in English and Malayalam to coordinate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Lead Generation, SEO, and Performance Marketing
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
• Solid understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Malayalam
• Ability to manage time, campaigns, and budgets efficiently

Pay: ₹13,775.32 - ₹27,431.00 per month
