Why This Role Matters
This role on the
Digital & Customer Analytics team
at Vonage will be responsible for creating actionable business insights and ensuring data integrity for advertising purposes. You will create opportunities to deliver business value through your expertise in digital analytics.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support demand generation stakeholders by fulfilling reporting and third-party tracking requests, including implementation via Adobe Launch.
- Implement and maintain tracking solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, ensuring accurate variable mapping, tag setup, and dataLayer integration.
- Monitor data integrity and automate scripts to detect outages across analytics platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Adobe Analytics and Tableau to generate actionable marketing insights.
- Conduct QA, UAT, and ad-hoc analyses to validate data accuracy across Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, and Tableau.
- Stay current with web analytics technologies, GDPR, and privacy regulations to ensure compliant data practices.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and project management skills across all tasks and initiatives.
Required
What you'll bring:
- Have working knowledge of Adobe Launch, Adobe Customer Journey Analytic, Adobe Analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Epsilon).
- Ability to quickly master tracking implementations of new third-party vendors and ad-tech such as 6thSense, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Adobe Target, etc.
- Ability to quickly analyze and build reports in Adobe Analytics, and Tableau.
- Experience with querying and analyzing hit level Adobe Analytics and granular customer level data.
- Availability to work fixed working hours: UK/EMEA shift
Experience We Consider a Plus
- Over 7 years of experience implementing web analytics solutions using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, and Snowplow.
- Proficient in JavaScript and SQL, with expertise in DataLayer development and full lifecycle implementation using tag managers or Web SDKs
- Maintain tag deployment compliance through OneTrust integration and support consent-based tracking strategies.
- Strong communicator with the ability to work independently in AGILE environments and collaborate across diverse technical and business teams.
