About The Role The Senior Developer will help the lead developer in projects related to Adobe Campaign implementation and optimization. This role combines business analysis with technical development skills to enhance our marketing automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both marketing strategies and technical development, enabling them to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for campaigns, workflows, and data management initiatives within Adobe Campaign. Design and document technical solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring that Adobe Campaign functionalities are effectively utilized. Implement custom solutions, including workflows, data integrations, and automation scripts, using Adobe Campaign’s development tools and languages. Manage and optimize data processes, ensuring high-quality data is available for campaign segmentation and targeting. Develop and execute testing strategies to validate solutions. Ensure that all developed functionalities meet quality standards before deployment. Provide training and support to marketing teams on the use of Adobe Campaign features and best practices. Serve as a subject matter expert. Create dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, analytics, and marketing, to align on project goals and ensure successful implementation of solutions Education Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree preferred (MBA/MS Computer Science/M.Tech Computer Science, etc.) Relevant Experience 5+ Years with Adobe Campaign Relevant working experience in a communication platform or MarTech stack Behavioural Skills Delivery Excellence Business disposition Social intelligence Innovation and agility Knowledge Adobe Campaign certified Ability to program in HTML/CSS/JavaScript Understanding of email and SMS Show more Show less
