Job Description

The Senior .NET Developer plays a crucial role in the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This position emphasizes the importance of adhering to time, quality, and cost standards while maintaining and enhancing existing applications. The Senior Developer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure that requirements are met and that technical guidance is provided to less experienced developers. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Features By Troubleshooting Bugs And Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests, Utilizing .Net Frameworks And Sql Server To Ensure High-Quality Application Performance And User Satisfaction. 2. Provide Client Support By Analyzing And Presenting Data Through Sql Queries, Monitoring Client Requirements, And Managing Task Schedules To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Development Assignments According To Established Quality Standards. 3. Prepare And Update Documentation Related To Enhancements And Client Specifications, Ensuring Compliance With Cmmi Standards And Internal Processes. 4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers In .Net Programming And Sql Server Usage, Fostering A Collaborative And Knowledge-Sharing Environment. 5. Engage With Customers And Internal Stakeholders To Gather And Clarify Requirements For New Development Projects, Ensuring That Technical Solutions Align With Business Objectives.Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of .Net Development And Frameworks 2. Familiarity With Sql Server For Database Management And Query Optimization 3. Basic Knowledge Of C# Programming Language 4. Good Communication Skills To Interact With Clients And Team MembersCertification
