Senior Developer

Role Overview: Join GlobalLogic as a Senior Software Engineer to work on a significant software project for a world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules to industries such as automotive, healthcare, and logistics. Your role will involve contributing to the development of end-user modules firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, and analyzing customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using TypeScript and GraphQL - Develop and optimize GraphQL schemas, resolvers, and APIs for complex business use cases - Lead architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions for both front-end and back-end - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions - Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across services and integrations - Implement best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD pipelines - Mentor and guide junior team members on technical and design aspects - Stay current with industry trends and introduce new tools/technologies where relevant Qualification Required: - 6-10 years of professional software development experience - Strong proficiency in TypeScript, ES6+ JavaScript, and Node.js - Deep experience with GraphQL APIs including schema design, resolvers, and performance optimization - Hands-on experience with Apollo, Relay, or similar GraphQL frameworks - Solid understanding of REST vs GraphQL trade-offs and microservices architecture - Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling for GraphQL - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, maintainable, and scalable code - Excellent communication and leadership abilities Additional Details: GlobalLogic prioritizes a culture of caring, emphasizing inclusivity and support for its employees.
