Position Type

Full-time, immediate hire.

Experience Required

8 to 15 years of professional experience in the automation industry, with strong expertise in electrical and control system design.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of industrial automation projects including control panels, PLC/HMI systems, SCADA integration, and instrumentation.
Prepare detailed electrical designs, wiring diagrams, and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN.
Select components and ensure proper integration of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
Provide technical support during project execution including testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
Collaborate with procurement, production, and project management teams for smooth execution.
Interact directly with clients to understand requirements and propose effective design solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and best engineering practices.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to strengthen the design team.
Knowledge about Motor Starters Power and Control Wiring diagram like VFD, DOL, STAR-DELTA also with bypass RDOL.
Knowledge about Electrical panels like PCC, MCC, VFD, PLC panels with IEC61439 Norms.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
8–15 years of relevant experience in automation design and engineering.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems (Rockwell, Siemens, or similar).
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN for detailed design work.
Good understanding of industrial automation processes and equipment selection.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
