Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:

• Find new customers in industries like Food & Pharma, Cement, Aggregates, Metals, and Mining.
• Maintain relationships with consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors, and end-users.

• Sales Activities:

• Understand client requirements, study technical documents, and identify suitable solutions.
• Promote and sell:

• Automation Systems:

  PLC/DCS, SCADA, Safety Systems, Plant Integration.

• Electrical Panels:

  PCC, MCC, VFD, APFC, DG Synchronization, Power Distribution Panels.

• Industrial Software:

  Connected enterprise apps, dashboards, workflow systems, reporting.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, and techno-commercial proposals.
• Negotiate terms, finalize orders, and ensure smooth project handover to execution teams.

• Targets & Reporting:

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Track enquiries, update sales funnel, and report forecasts.
• Collect payments as per contract terms.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  4–10 years in sales of

  industrial automation systems, LV electrical panels, or turnkey solutions

  .

• Background:

  Should have worked in

  reputed system houses, panel builders, or industrial automation solution providers

  .

• Technical Knowledge:

• Able to read and understand BOQs, SLDs, I/O lists, P&IDs.
• Knowledge of MCCs, drives, PLC/SCADA systems, and power distribution panels.

• Sales Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in

  consultative/solution selling

  .
• Ability to interact with plant managers, maintenance teams, and decision-makers.

• Education:

  Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation preferred.

• Other Requirements:

• Should be open to

  travel across India

  for client meetings.
• Ability to work independently with ownership of targets.
