Job Description – HR Intern (Work from Home) Company: Catch My Holidays Location: Remote (Work from Home) Duration: 6 Months Internship (with potential for full-time role) About Us Catch My Holidays is a membership-driven lifestyle platform offering Travel, Entertainment, and Care services for seniors, families, and corporates. We are looking for a motivated MBA HR Intern who is currently pursuing her MBA in Human Resources to join our team and help us strengthen our HR processes, talent management, and people engagement. Role & Responsibilities As an HR Intern, you will: Support recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Assist in onboarding and maintaining employee records. Coordinate employee engagement activities for remote teams. Draft HR policies and contribute to process documentation. Manage HR databases, attendance, and reporting. Assist in performance review processes and internship coordination. Work closely with management to support day-to-day HR operations. Who Can Apply MBA (HR) student currently pursuing her degree. Strong interest in HR management, employee engagement, and people development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace tools. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setup. Stipend & Growth Path First 3 Months: ₹5,000 per month (Internship Stipend) Next 3 Months (based on performance): ₹15,000 per month.
