Catch Your Happiness | Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month + Incentives | Full-Time | New Delhi

Are you a driven, field-ready sales professional who can sell holiday packages and healthcare services with confidence?

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can generate their own leads, meet clients daily, and close deals with seniors and families.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Sell senior-friendly holiday packages (domestic & international)
• Sell healthcare services: doctor on call, diagnostics, medicine delivery, elder care plans
• Generate your own leads through field visits, societies, corporates, events & networking
• Conduct 5–10 daily meetings with families, seniors & communities
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business

WHAT YOU NEED

• 2–5 years experience in Travel Sales / Healthcare Sales / Insurance / Wellness
• Strong closing skills & excellent communication
• Confidence working with seniors & family decision makers
• Ready for daily field visits & client meetings
• Self-motivated and highly target-driven

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional support.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets, handle leads effectively, and close deals successfully.
• Ability to participate in Training sessions and implement learned strategies in day-to-day operations.
• Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions seamlessly.
• Proven ability to work in an on-site team environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
