As a Sales Closure Specialist at Care Cubs, your role involves converting warm leads into long-term partnerships with schools. You will be responsible for meeting Principals, Directors & School Owners offline, presenting Care Cubs world-class STEM & AI programs, negotiating, influencing, and closing deals with confidence, and working closely with the team to achieve monthly closure targets. Additionally, you will be required to travel across Haryana and Himachal Pradesh for business purposes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meet Principals, Directors & School Owners offline - Present Care Cubs world-class STEM & AI programs - Negotiate, influence, and close deals with confidence - Work closely with the team to achieve monthly closure targets - Travel across Haryana and Himachal Pradesh **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in B2B/EdTech/Education Sales (preferred with schools) - Excellent communication & presentation skills in English & Hindi - Strong negotiator with a closer mindset - Comfortable traveling to meet school stakeholders - Self-driven, target-oriented & relationship-focused - Experience in setting up Robotics/Innovation/STEAM/ATL Labs will be an added advantage Care Cubs is on a mission to bring AI, Robotics, Coding, IoT, Drone Tech & 3D Printing to schools across India by setting up Innovation Labs and providing hands-on learning programs that prepare students for the future.
