Roles & Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
? Identify and acquire new clients (HR Heads, TA Managers, Hiring Leaders).
? Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
? Generate a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into paying customers.
Technical Product Demonstrations
? Demonstrate the portal's features such as job posting, database search, ATS, and recruitment tools.
? Understand client hiring needs and map them to product capabilities.
? Provide consultative solutions and address technical/product queries.
Solution & Subscription Sales
? Sell subscription plans, resume database access, branded solutions, and enterprise hiring packages.
? Customize proposals based on client size and requirements.
? Handle negotiations, objections, closures, and onboarding.
Account Management & Growth
? Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
? Drive renewals, upsell add-on services, and increase revenue from existing accounts. ? Resolve client issues by coordinating with internal support teams.
Targets & Reporting
? Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and acquisition goals.
? Track sales activities through CRM and prepare business reports.
? Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
Key Skills Required
? Strong communication & negotiation skills
? Experience in B2B or enterprise sales
? Understanding of online job portals / recruitment platforms / SaaS
? Ability to explain product features in simple terms
? Target-driven with a strong sales personality
? Ability to build and maintain client relationships
