Senior Data Business Partner IND

Build strong and trusted relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their data needs and challenges.          Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities and translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions.          Conduct in-depth analysis of data using market standard algorithms and modelling techniques.          Ensuring Data Governance standards, polices and controls are built into analytical practices.          Ensure data analysis and content is delivered on time and to expected quality with appropriate documentation.          Advise and contribute to delivery planning of projects for all Data Analytics elements          Work alongside other internal teams to train and migrate them to use data platforms and solutions          Continually look for innovative ways to make improvements based on the latest trends and research, esp. on AI and Machine learning          Working closely with Data Engineering and Architecture teams adhering to standards and guidelines          Prepare, present and effectively communicate on data analytics issues and trends to senior forums and management committees          Identify risks and issues and escalate to Line manager.           Research and promote relevant data tools and processes that contribute to increased efficiency and capability in support of corporate objectives.          Promote a culture that embraces change, continuous improvement and a ‘can do’ attitude.          Establish effective working relationships with other internal teams to drive improved efficiency and effective processes.          Mentoring of team members with valuable inputs and advice on handling data solutions          Training of business stakeholders on how best to use and interpret data analysis          Be a champion for high quality information and use of our central data repositories, associated relational model, and Data Warehouse for optimising the delivery of accurate, consistent and reliable business intelligence          Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation’s Risk Management Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day-to-day work that you put customers at the heart of everything you do.          Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation’s Data Governance Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day-to-day work that you treat data as an important corporate asset which must be protected and managed.
