R3 Consultant is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Pune. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to delve into data analytics within the staffing and recruiting industry, where your insights will drive strategic decision-making.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will enhance our recruitment strategies and improve client outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our data-driven approach aligns with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to recruitment metrics
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs
• Utilize statistical methods to solve business problems
• Present findings and recommendations to management and clients
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various platforms
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover new opportunities
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Strong expertise in Data Visualization, Predictive Analytics, Forecasting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong experience in Machine Learning
• Experience with statistical analysis software (R, Python) is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making
