Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources including HubSpot, databases, and cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using

  Azure Data Factory

  or equivalent tools.
• Write efficient

  R scripts

  and

  Python programs

  for data processing, analytics, and visualization.
• Work with

  AWS/Azure

  services for data storage, processing, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings and insights to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support the continuous improvement of analytics workflows and data governance practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in

  HubSpot analytics and reporting tools

  .
• Strong experience with

  R scripting

  and

  Python

  for data analysis.
• Working knowledge of

  AWS or Azure

  cloud environments.
• Experience with

  Azure Data Factory

  or other ETL/data integration tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI visualization tools.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
