Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn data into clear, actionable insights. This role focuses on analysis, problem-solving, and decision support—working closely with business, product, and leadership teams.

You will be responsible for shaping how data is interpreted and used, not just how it is reported.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Build dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Partner with business stakeholders to define metrics and success indicators
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports
• Perform deep-dive analyses to support strategic and operational decisions
• Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Support data-driven decision-making across functions

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Solid understanding of data modeling and reporting concepts
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and confidently

Good to Have

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Exposure to cloud data platforms or data warehouses
• Experience working in SaaS, technology, or data-driven organizations
• Understanding of basic statistical methods
