Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls for US customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service
  • Resolve queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner
  • Meet process targets including call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Document call details and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Adapt to process updates and ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies

  • Location- Gurugram

  • Process-International Voice

  • Night shifts with rotational week offs

  • Both side cabs available

  • One time meal

  • Shift timings- 5:30 pm to 6 am bracket (9 hours shift)

  • Salary Budget- upto 6 LPA(depending on interview)

  • ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINER
