Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Customer Relationship Officer, located in Ambikapur. The primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, resolving customer queries effectively, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The role involves analyzing customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns. Additional tasks include gathering feedback, identifying upselling opportunities, and supporting the continuous improvement of customer service strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and client support
• Ability to handle data analysis for customer insights and feedback
• Proficiency in CRM tools and customer service software
• Good negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
• Understanding of the logistics or trucking industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
