We are expanding our team in Coimbatore and are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Customer Relationship Officer to drive our sales and client engagement initiatives.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Female Senior Customer Relationship Officer with strong experience in target-based sales. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about achieving results while building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently

Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients

Present and promote IPCS Global’s services effectively

Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless service experiences

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Female candidates only

Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline)

2–3 years of proven experience in target-based or field sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
