Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Customer Relationship Officer located in Chhattisgarh, India. The Senior Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with truckers and fleet owners, addressing their needs and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall user experience on the BlackBuck platform. Daily tasks will include customer interaction, issue resolution, data analysis to improve service delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to implement customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Experience in relationship management and handling customer complaints
• Proficiency in data analysis and using customer feedback to improve services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
