Job Summary:

A Senior Customer Relationship Officer in the automobile service industry plays a crucial role in maintaining long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. This role focuses more on the after-sales service side of the automobile business rather than selling new vehicles.

· Customer Interaction & Satisfaction

· Retention & Relationship Management

· Service Reminders & Campaigns

· Coordination with Service Team

· Customer Retention Programs & Analysis

· CRM Software & Reporting

Key Skills Required

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

· Basic knowledge of automobile service processes.

· Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

· Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Qualifications

· A degree in Business Administration, Automobile Engineering, or Marketing is usually preferred.

· Prior experience in customer service or automobile dealership service department is highly beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
