Assistant HR Manager (Male)

We are hiring an Assistant Human Resource Manager in the Pathanamthitta and Alappuzha region.

Job description;

• Address employee inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in resolving employee disputes and grievances.
• Promote a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Coordinate on-boarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Support the performance review process.
• Help develop and implement performance improvement plans.
• Track employee performance metrics.
• Identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs.
• Support career development initiatives.
• Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in updating and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Address employee questions regarding payroll and benefits.
• Help with the implementation of benefits programs.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing HR-related documents and reports.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Profile Requirement:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or a related role.
• Preferred Automobile experience.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
