Role: Senior Copywriter
Location: Gurugram | Full-Time
We’re looking for a sharp, imaginative, and experienced Senior Copywriter to join our brand team. In this role, you will craft compelling and conversion-focused copy across CRM campaigns, in-app communications, and advertising content (both performance and brand-led). Your words will directly impact user engagement, retention, and brand perception.
CRM Copy: Write persuasive and personalized messaging for emails, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp to drive user engagement and retention.
App Copy: Create crisp, intuitive, and action-oriented content for in-app banners, pop-ups, feature walkthroughs, and notifications.
Advertising: Conceptualize and write ad copy for digital campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube.
Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure messaging is aligned with visuals and user experience.
Maintain consistency with brand voice, yet tailor tone as needed for specific platforms and audiences.
Analyze performance data (CTR, open rates, conversions) and iterate copy based on learnings.
2+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in a B2C or app-first business.
Strong portfolio demonstrating work in CRM, app UX writing, and performance advertising.
Ability to write both short and long-form copy with high impact.
Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, user funnels, and behavioral triggers is a plus.
Familiarity with topical trends and popular cultural references with a skill to inculcate them into the shared content.
Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and adaptability to different tones.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing principles.
Exposure to A/B testing and data-informed content decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
