Job Description

Content Creation & Strategy:

• Write and edit persuasive and engaging copy for a wide range of creative projects, including but not limited to product descriptions, growth and retention campaigns, script writing for reel videos, email marketing and website materials.

• Infuse creativity and emotion into copywriting to bring our products and brand to life in fresh and imaginative ways that resonate with our target audience.

• Proofread and edit copy to ensure accurate spelling, grammar, formatting, and legal compliance, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive branded content strategy aligned with the objectives of our business units and the interests of our audience.

• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, audience insights, and opportunities for innovative content ideas/partnerships.

• Explore deeply by researching online and talking to experts to understand what our target the audience wants and feels.

2. Project Management:

• Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from concept development and ideation to final delivery and performance analysis.

• Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Ideate and concept for a range of executions, with the ability to articulate strategy, set a creative vision, and pitch ideas to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables

• Attend project meetings and presentations to provide creative input and address any copy-related concerns or challenges

• Conduct post-project evaluations and analyse feedback to continuously improve our messaging • Provide accurate and frequent status reporting to Creative Lead and CMO.

3. Creative Direction:

• Work closely with production units, designers, and video editors to translate brand objectives and concepts into compelling content experiences.

• Provide creative direction and feedback throughout the production process to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project briefs and translate key points into persuasive and strategic copy concepts that align with business objectives.

5. Social Media:

• Collaborate with social media teams to develop copy and content for various social networks, contributing to a cohesive and engaging online presence.

• A passion for cultural trends both on Meta, Instagram & LinkedIn platforms and an understanding of how to shape these insights to meet a business purpose or objective.

• Be responsible for moment marketing finds and curating smart engagement.


Skills & Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience in copywriting, with a focus on the health industry.

• Expertise in developing and implementing brand strategies.

• Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of copy.

• Excellent communication skills and camera presence.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• A proactive and hard-working attitude.

• Camera presence for podcasts, webinars, and videos is a plus.
