About the Role:

Senior Content Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end
content strategies
for multiple brands.
Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions for campaigns, social media, websites, and digital communication.
Manage and mentor a team of writers, editors, and interns to maintain brand voice and quality.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and client-servicing teams to ensure alignment in storytelling and visual identity.
Conduct brand research, competitor analysis, and trend mapping to shape content direction.
Create editorial calendars, style guides, and campaign frameworks.
Review and approve all client-facing copy for accuracy, tone, and impact.
Present content strategies and performance reports to leadership and clients.
Maintain consistency in messaging across platforms while adapting tone for diverse audiences.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in
content strategy, creative writing, or brand communication.
Proven experience leading a creative/content team.
Strong understanding of
social media trends, SEO, and digital storytelling.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
