Role Overview

Senior Consultant – Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Treasury Solutions

You will act as the bridge between our customers and product development team, ensuring Autocash delivers solutions that meet real-world business needs and exceed executive expectations.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience

   in O2C, AR, Treasury, or Cash Management, including

  consulting or advisory roles.

• Proven record of engaging with 

  executive stakeholders (CFO/VP/Director)

   to design and deliver finance transformation projects.
• Expertise across 

  O2C processes

  : invoicing, credit management, collections, disputes/deductions, and cash application.
• Strong knowledge of 

  treasury & liquidity management

  : cash positioning, forecasting, bank connectivity, and cash visibility.
• ERP expertise (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, or similar) in AR/O2C/Treasury modules.
• Familiarity with 

  automation technologies

   (RPA, AI/ML, analytics, process mining).
• Strong 

  communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

  .
• Consulting background (Big 4, Tier-1, or boutique advisory firms) strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a 

  fast-paced startup environment

   with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with 

  CFOs and senior finance leaders

   to assess challenges, define roadmaps, and shape transformation outcomes.
• Lead 

  client-facing workshops

   and capture requirements for O2C and cash management processes.
• Translate customer needs into 

  functional specifications

   and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Provide 

  thought leadership

   on O2C and treasury transformation, advising on best practices and future trends.
• Identify 

  automation opportunities

   (AI/ML, analytics, RPA) that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
• Support 

  pre-sales activities

  , including demos, RFP responses, and solution defense.
• Act as the 

  functional SME

   during client implementations, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business impact.
• Serve as the 

  voice of the customer

   in Autocash’s product roadmap and design discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

• MBA, CPA, CTP, or FP&A certification

   preferred.
• Strong consulting background with 

  executive-level engagement experience
