  • Prepare and present cold dishes with consistency, quality, and creativity.
  • Supervise the garde manger section during preparation and service.
  • Plan mise en place effectively, ensuring freshness and timely readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation to reduce wastage.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and commis chefs in cold kitchen techniques.
  • Work closely with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Participate in menu planning, buffet layouts, and event food styling.
