We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Head / Senior Business Manager to lead OEM acquisition, channel development, and national distribution growth. The ideal candidate with strong experience in AIDC, IT, Surveillance, Mobility, Consumer Technology, and POS solutions, with a proven background in driving large-scale revenue growth and building successful OEM partnerships is required.

Key Responsibilities
- OEM Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new OEMs across technology, AIDC, surveillance, mobility, and IT categories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM leadership teams, regional and global.
- Present Company's national network, its capabilities and distribution strengths to attract new OEM partnerships.
- Lead commercial negotiations, finalize distribution agreements, pricing structures, and business terms.
- Ensure seamless integration of OEM lines into sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets with consistent double-digit YOY growth.
- Drive business expansion across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
- Manage the P&L for assigned categories and product lines.
- Execute GTM strategies for all OEM products.
- Channel Development & Distribution Management
- Build, scale, and strengthen the distributor and reseller ecosystem across India.
- Onboard new channel partners and ensure regular training.
- Drive partner engagement programs, incentives, and events.
- Expand territory coverage and partner activation.
- Enterprise & Key Account Management
- Engage with large enterprise customers, Fortune 500 companies, system integrators, and national partners.
- Lead product presentations, demos, and enterprise engagements.
- Build long-term relationships to grow wallet share.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor Sales Managers, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Channel Executives.
- Drive performance KPIs, business reviews, and execution discipline.
- Establish a high-performance culture.
- Strategic Planning & Operations
- Drive business planning, forecasting, and pipeline management via CRM/SAP.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams.
- Over see pricing, margin management, and inventory planning.
- Participate in government tender opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 to 18 years of experience in AIDC, IT Distribution, Surveillance, Mobility, POS, or Technology segments.
- Proven experience in acquiring and onboarding OEMs.
- Strong channel development and enterprise sales experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with CRM/SAP and data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership experience managing multi-region teams.
Education
- MBA (Marketing/Business Management preferred)
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology preferred
