Project Planner

You will be joining our client's Institutional Building team as a Project and Space Planner. The role is ideal for individuals with 2-5 years of relevant experience or freshers with relevant training/internship experience. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end development of our client's training facilities, specifically focusing on the full lifecycle of the Learning labs projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting in project planning and coordination, space planning and design, procurement support, documentation and reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and budget and timeline monitoring. You will work closely with project managers, procurement specialists, and the Academic Team to ensure that the learning labs are well-designed, functional, delivered on time, and within budget. This role will require travel to multiple locations across the country. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like BTech Mechanical and Electrical, along with 2+ years of experience in a project-oriented, procurement, or design role. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and an understanding of SAP HANA and SAP MM are essential. Familiarity with project management software like MS Projects is a plus. A proactive and resourceful mindset with a strong desire to learn will be beneficial for success in this role.
