Location: MIDC Chinchwad, Pune
Experience: 3–6 years
Industry: Food Processing / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project execution plans and schedules using MS Project.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, and Installation teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and budgets; ensure alignment with approved timelines and scope.
• Conduct regular project review meetings, update stakeholders on progress, and flag potential risks or delays.
• Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams regarding project updates.
• Monitor actual vs. planned performance and proactively take corrective actions.
• Maintain all project documentation and reports in an organized and accessible manner.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Project for project scheduling and tracking.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and good command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to interact with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Engineering background preferred but not mandatory.
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a project planning role, preferably in a machinery/equipment manufacturing company.
• Experience handling cross-functional teams and project budgets.
• Demonstrated accountability for projectacv outcomes.
