Job Description

You will be responsible for setting up the time information exchange flow with customers and suppliers, coordinating with multiple project stakeholders across different countries, and delegating tasks as necessary. You will collaborate with all stakeholders for end-to-end planning, project monitoring, and generating progress reports and MIS dashboards. As the focal point of contact for project schedules, you will coordinate project scheduling deliverables and share project planning through designated portals. Additionally, you will manage regular reporting to the Project Manager and Team Leader on planning updates and adjustments. Your qualifications should include a degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in the services business within the Electrical industry. You should have a strong understanding of business functions and processes, industry knowledge, and marketing instincts to position service offers effectively. Proficiency in Schneider products, LV/MV products, drive automation, relays, automation, and panels exposure is required. You should possess customer handling, people management, negotiation, communication, leadership, and result-oriented skills. Furthermore, you should have demonstrated engineering experience in delivering technically challenging Electrical & Electronics execution projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project or similar planning software is necessary for scheduling and programming projects, creating master schedules, and generating reports. A hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role. The primary location for this position is in IN-Haryana-Gurgaon, and it is a full-time role with an ongoing unposting date.,
