The team brings experience from agri-input and agri-output companies like AgroStar and ITC, as well as from building and scaling products at organizations such as UrbanCompany and Chronus.

BizFin Partner

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis:

  Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost assessments, and profitability evaluations to support strategic decision-making.

• Commercial Negotiations:

  Lead and participate in commercial negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and agreements.

• Business Case Development:

  Develop and evaluate business cases for various initiatives, providing recommendations for investment decisions.

• Metrics Tracking:

  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Budgeting and Planning:

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create bottom-up budgets and annual operating plans, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.

• MIS Reporting:

  Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior leadership, delivering critical financial insights and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) is must from 2017 - 2020 Batch
• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in BizFin or FP&A.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience working with MySQL and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

Travel Requirements:

• 20%-30% travel within India to understand business needs, engage with vendors, and meet customers.
