Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our rigid packaging portfolio, focusing on PET and HDPE containers and closures. This role requires deep commercial and technical expertise within the Cosmetics, Personal Care, and Pharmaceutical industries 3-5 years, driving significant market expansion and securing high-value strategic accounts.

• Review weekly sales performance vs targets• Plan visits or virtual meetings with key clients• Follow up on pending quotations & negotiations• Coordinate with marketing for product promotions• Submit weekly sales report to management

• Review sales target achievement (new & existing customers)• Identify top-performing products & customer segments• Prepare customer feedback summary & competitor analysis• Plan monthly sales strategy and new customer onboarding plan• Review overdue payments with accounts department

• Prepare annual sales budget & target allocation• Participate in trade fairs & exhibitions• Prepare yearly customer retention & satisfaction report• Review distributor and dealer performance• Plan expansion into new regions or product categories

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Daily coordination with Accounts for payment confirmation• Coordination with Factory for dispatch & stock availability• Coordination with Marketing for social media & product promotions• Weekly report submission to Director / Head – Sales

6. Tools & Systems Used

• CRM Software (Zoho / Solid Performers) – Lead & follow-up management• Excel / Google Sheets – Sales tracking• WhatsApp Business & Email – Customer communication• ERP / Tally – Order entry & dispatch tracking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
