Location: Delhi



Senior Business Development Consultant - Lighting & Furniture Solutions


Location: Tier-1 & Major Tier-2 Cities (Primary: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Chennai | Secondary: Ahmedabad, Kochi, Chandigarh, Kolkata)


 (Candidates willing to relocate to Delhi will also be considered.)

Reports to: Regional Manager – Business Development & Enterprise Accounts




About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic & result oriented business development manager with experience in lighting & seating solutions in B2B industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project sales, specification sales & key accounts management with a strong understanding of the commercial n institutional business




Responsibilities


Drive business development and sales growth in the commercial lighting, furniture, and workplace solutions space.

Build & maintain the strong relationships with architects,Consultants,Contractors & key commercial clients.

Pitch n secure projects based opportunities for commercial lighting & seating solutions.

Manage end-to-end specification sales processes, including tendering and large project handling.

Collaborate with internal teams for MEP coordination and project execution support.

Develop territory plans and achieve sales targets consistently.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging solutions in lighting and workplace furniture.



6–11 years of proven B2B sales / Business Development experience


Demonstrated success in enterprise account management & networking

 Experience handling long-cycle sales and project specifications

 Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills

Preferred industry background: Construction, Modular Furniture, Ceilings, AV, Tiles, or other allied B2B sectors

Specification Sales | Tendering | Large Project Handling

Lighting Design | Architectural / Commercial / Industrial Lighting
