We’re Hiring: Senior Business Development Consultant – Delhi (6–11 years)

Reports to: Regional Manager – Business Development & Enterprise Accounts

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Consultant with 6–11 years of experience in B2B sales and enterprise account management. This role demands expertise in long-cycle sales, early-stage customer engagement, and team leadership. You’ll drive growth by building strong networks and managing high-value projects in the construction and allied industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete business development process
• Drive engagement with architects, consultants, and corporate accounts
• Mentor and guide junior team members in achieving sales targets
• Build and manage strong pipelines for enterprise accounts
• Develop strategies to expand market presence and ensure business growth

6–11 years of proven B2B sales / Business Development experience

• Demonstrated success in enterprise account management & networking
•  Experience handling long-cycle sales and project specifications
•  Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Preferred industry background: Construction, Modular Furniture, Ceilings, AV, Tiles, or other allied B2B sectors
