Business Development Manager/Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business & Account Management:

    Acquire new clients and manage key pharma and healthcare accounts.
  • Lead Generation:

    Build a strong lead pipeline through digital platforms, exhibitions, and networks; track conversions and collections.
  • Client Relations & Negotiations:

    Deliver tailored solutions, manage contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction and timely collections.
  • Market Analysis:

    Track competitors, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

    Work with production, logistics, and quality teams for smooth project execution.
  • Planning & Performance:

    Contribute to strategic planning, prepare forecasts, and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Profile:

Experience in corrugated/printed carton packaging with pharma or healthcare clients; strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills; self-motivated, organized, and open to travel.
