  • Win Strategic Deals

    : Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities across industries from Fortune 500 enterprises to fast-scaling digital natives.
  • C-Suite Engagement

    : Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, articulating Tarento's value proposition in a compelling way.
  • Collaborate Globally

    : Partner with Tarento's Nordic and India delivery teams to co-create solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring value realization and customer delight.
  • Be a Growth Catalyst

    : Act as the voice of the US market within Tarento, influencing offerings, partnerships, and brand presence.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in

    business development, consultative sales, or account management

    within IT services, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
  • Proven ability to

    close $2M+ annual deals

    and manage large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong network with

    CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders

    in the US.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while being globally connected.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
