About the Role:

Telesales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for healthcare products and services.
• Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive lead conversion and customer acquisition.
• Hire, train, and mentor telesales executives, ensuring high performance and motivation.
• Monitor team productivity and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to optimize sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales campaigns with business goals.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by implementing quality assurance practices and continuous feedback loops.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and take corrective actions as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–8 years of experience in telesales/inside sales, preferably in

  healthcare

  BFSI

  e-commerce

• Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, CRM systems, and lead management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience working in a

  6-day operational setup

  with the ability to manage productivity and morale effectively.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days will be preferred.
