Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead
our growth engine. You will be responsible for driving paid user acquisition, optimizing
marketing funnels, and improving conversion metrics. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic
mindset and a hands-on approach to scale our customer acquisition profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Marketing & Strategy
Lead performance marketing on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other lead generation channels with
full ownership of strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Manage budgets effectively across platforms to achieve business goals – consultation bookings,
cost per signup, cost per consultation, and ROAS.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
● Improve conversion rate through continuous A/B testing and user behavior analysis
using Microsoft Clarity and GA4.
● Collaborate with design, tech, and product teams to implement high-impact CRO
initiatives and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Organic & Lifecycle Marketing
● Oversee WhatsApp marketing automation and nurturing journeys for lead engagement
and drop-off recovery.
● Support SEO efforts, email marketing initiatives, and blog content strategies to drive
organic growth.
Analytics & Reporting
● Track and report marketing performance through Google & Meta dashboards, CRM,
analytics, and other attribution tools.
● Regularly analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and improve marketing
efficiency.
Key Performance Metrics
● Number of consultations booked
● Cost per signup
● Cost per consultation booking
● ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
What We’re Looking For
● 6–9 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance
marketing and CRO.
● Prior experience in a high-growth D2C or healthcare brand is a plus.
● Deep understanding of digital user behavior, marketing funnels, and Indian consumer
psychology.
● Proficient with analytics and comfortable making data-driven decisions.
● Hands-on, execution-first approach with a growth mindset.
