Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, identify new opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion, building strong partnerships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new prospects.
• Create and execute strategic business development plans to drive company growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and mutual satisfaction.
• Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
• Maintain detailed records of sales pipelines, leads, and client communications using CRM tools.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding performance, forecasts, and opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,290.58 per month
