1. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust tactics. Create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with clear KPIs. 2. Team Leadership & Performance Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to perform at high standards. Set sales targets for team members and track performance through regular reporting. Conduct regular 1-on-1s, team meetings, and performance reviews. 3. Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts. Build long-term relationships with high-value clients to maximize retention and upselling. Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking functions. 4. CRM & Pipeline Management Oversee the use of CRM tools to track leads, manage sales funnels, and forecast revenue. Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data and client records. 5. Reporting & Analysis Generate regular sales reports and present insights to leadership. Use data to optimize pricing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies. 6. Cross-Department Collaboration Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align campaigns and offerings. Provide feedback from clients and the sales floor to improve products and services.
