Senior Business Development Manager

As a Senior Manager - Business Development at Officebanao, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in the office interiors space. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities with corporates, startups, co-working operators, and developers for office spaces and interior fit-outs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Business Acquisition: Identifying and pursuing opportunities with various stakeholders in the industry. - Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with decision-makers to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions. - Lead Generation & Conversion: Driving pipeline growth through various channels and partnerships. - Proposal & Negotiation: Preparing and delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiating contracts with clients. - Market Intelligence: Staying updated on industry trends and developments in major business hubs. - Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery. - Target Achievement: Owning and reporting progress on quarterly and annual BD targets to senior leadership. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in sectors such as hotels and commercial real estate. An MBA is preferred, along with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You should be comfortable with consultative selling, handling long sales cycles, and have a track record of exceeding targets in a competitive environment. Being exceptionally organized, process-oriented, and proficient in relevant software tools are also important attributes for this role.
