Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead client acquisition and revenue growth in the digital marketing domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing solutions—including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Content Marketing—and will be responsible for identifying opportunities, closing deals, and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities


1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

     in the digital marketing industry.
  • Build a 

    strong pipeline

     of 

    qualified leads

     through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct product/service presentations, pitches, and demos.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting to 

    negotiation and closing

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop 

    proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs

    .

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client goals and coordinate with internal teams to 

    ensure delivery success.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends

    , competitor activities, and 

    industry developments.

  • Provide strategic inputs to enhance service offerings & pricing models

    verticals, niches, and partnership opportunities

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with 

    digital marketing

  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to management.

  • Participate in internal strategy meetings and contribute to business growth plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in 

    business development

    digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
