Human Resources Manager

As an HR Manager at iSearch Solution Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our human resources processes. With 2-4 years of experience in HR management, you will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, and fostering a positive work culture. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles, developing hiring strategies to attract top talent, and collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs. You will also handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts effectively, plan and execute employee engagement activities, and conduct regular feedback sessions and performance reviews. In addition, you will be responsible for developing, updating, and enforcing company policies in line with labor laws, ensuring legal compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintaining HR documentation. You will identify skill gaps, organize training sessions, implement career growth and development programs, and ensure accuracy in salary disbursements and benefits administration. You should have 2-4 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the IT/Digital industry, along with strong knowledge of recruitment, HR policies, and labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with certification in HRM, Talent Acquisition, or Employee Relations.
